We are looking for a dedicated and analytical SVP of Sales to join our organization. The SVP of Sales plays a critical role in Zenlayer, reporting directly to the CEO. This individual will be managing the sales in America and Europe, working closely with the Chief Product Officer for go-to-marketing strategies, and actively collaborating with the Operations team to deliver high-quality services to customers. The SVP will not only impact the company as an individual but will be an influential leader by recruiting great salespeople and developing the current sales teams to their fullest potential!


This position is based out of our LA County Diamond Bar office, which operates on a hybrid schedule.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Setting up sales goals and developing and executing the sales strategy.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration
  • Recruiting a high-class sales team by recruiting high quality sales reps and providing training.
  • Identifying potential areas of improvement and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
  • Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations.
  • Outlining and managing sales budgets.
  • Setting quarterly and annual sales goals and motivating the sales teams to achieve their goals.
  • Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
  • Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team at company meetings.
  • Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and engineering, to deliver a seamless customer experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a sales leadership position, minimum of 2 years’ experience in senior leadership role.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a selling role and with sales technology and CRM software.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding quotas
  • In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques.
  • Strong working knowledge of the company's products, competitive products, and the market.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
