Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Request Management/Service Catalog Process Owner
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, write knowledge articles and documentation that describes features and functionality for technical and business users.
  • Create and write user stories based on analysis of business requirements.
  • Test and validates stories and assist in analysis and reporting of testing defects.
  • Mapping applications or systems to integrate with ServiceNow (ex. Jira, etc.)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ prior relevant experience
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with ServiceNow (Specifically Request Management & Service Catalog)
  • Experience interacting with subject matter experts, application development, implementation support and production support staff to define functional specifications that meet user requirements and are technically appropriate.
  • Strong Excel and Visio Skills
  • Responsible for holistically understanding both the business and technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform modules
  • Experience working in an agile environment
  • Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise notes and process documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL certification
  • ServiceNow certification

Education:

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
