Responsibilities:
- Assist the Request Management/Service Catalog Process Owner
- Work with stakeholders to gather and define requirements, write knowledge articles and documentation that describes features and functionality for technical and business users.
- Create and write user stories based on analysis of business requirements.
- Test and validates stories and assist in analysis and reporting of testing defects.
- Mapping applications or systems to integrate with ServiceNow (ex. Jira, etc.)
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ prior relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Minimum 2 years’ experience with ServiceNow (Specifically Request Management & Service Catalog)
- Experience interacting with subject matter experts, application development, implementation support and production support staff to define functional specifications that meet user requirements and are technically appropriate.
- Strong Excel and Visio Skills
- Responsible for holistically understanding both the business and technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform modules
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Excellent writing skills for generating clear, concise notes and process documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL certification
- ServiceNow certification
Education:
- Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

The salary range for this role is 75,000 USD - 161,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
