Job Description

The Remote Cabinets To Go Recruiter will be responsible for mining and recruiting sales associates for our showrooms located across the country. This process will include phone prescreens, virtual interviews and management of candidates in an ATS.

Great phone etiquette, selling skills and knowledge of applicant tracking software are required to be successful in this role.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates.
  • Collaborates with team for recruiting requirements, plans and objectives.
  • Builds applicant sources by posting openings on job boards, social media etc.
  • Identifies qualified candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting pre-screenings.
  • Provides daily follow ups with Sr. Recruiting Specialist.
  • Communicates new hire statuses with Recruiting and HR teams.

Recruiter Qualifications/Skills

  • Recruiting and interviewing skills.
  • Phone, Skype, Zoom and other meeting platform skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment Law.
  • Professionalism, phone etiquette, organization, and project management skills.

Education/Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3-4 years minimum experience in a full life cycle recruiting environment.

  • Must be familiar with standard hiring practices, such as scheduling interviews and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to work independently and make crucial decisions.
  • Working knowledge of MS office skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
