Job Title: Project Coordinator
Requirements: Building Automation or Construction Background
Salary: $70-90k
Location: Anaheim, CA

- Help with the creation and distribution of invoices in AIA format.
- Effectively discuss contract documents, change orders and other revisions, approvals, and any additional services relating to billings with Operations Managers, Project Managers, and Accounting.
- Facilitate customer collections and cash application; collaborate with Operations, Service, and Accounting.
- Enter new projects into AX
- Help with the reporting and forecasting operations on a monthly basis.
- Create purchase orders and record the receipt of products in AX.
- Keep track of time sheet submissions and notify the appropriate manager of any incomplete or erroneous information.
- Associate's degree, with a preference for business or accounting classes in college.
- Knowledge of ERP/IT systems and desired familiarity with Dynamics AX.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities as well as excellent organizing abilities.
- Working understanding of fundamental accounting procedures (AP, Percentage of Completion Method), along with the capacity to work with various internal departments (including Operations and Accounting).
