Job Description

Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an exciting internship opportunity for summer 2023! As a Human Resources Intern, you will engage with projects related to or supporting the organization and daily administrative functions within HR.

This individual will serve as a team member responsible for performing tasks for our HR Business Partners and HR Information Systems as well as our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team with potential for general HR administrative duties.

Please note the below list of duties can be done remotely.

Some things you can expect to do:

  • Online research and curation of learning materials
  • Assist with administration and maintenance of our LMS and other HR systems
  • Help with process documentation
  • Upload and file personnel records
  • Collect and analyze data
  • Other general administrative tasks

To be considered further, you should:

  • Have completed an accredited High School or equivalent GED program
  • Be enrolled in a two or four-year college program, in a Human Resources related major

You will stand out if you:

  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Have excellent organizational skills including a high level of efficiency and attention to detail, excellent customer service, and initiative
  • Are comfortable with and quick to learn new technologies and software
  • Show a high level of professionalism and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Are self-motivated
