THIS SUMMER

Designory is looking for summer interns to join us from June 21st through August 30th to support teams with client work and learn about agency and advertising life. We have several openings across all disciplines reporting into our Long Beach office. You’ll be able to join company social activities, attend workshops and get the opportunity to work with people from all walks of life across the agency.


This is a paid internship, flexible with summer schedules (depending on needs of the department), and open to current and recent graduates interested in joining the marketing/advertising industry.


Location:
Long Beach, California

Salary: $20 per hour
This is an in person internship with a minimum of 3 days a week in office


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works closely with the Content Producer and Director of Content Production to implement all assigned projects into the Designory post production pipeline.
  • Provide regular updates on project timelines and budget to the Director of Content Production.
  • Enforce guidelines and parameters for the post production artists throughout the life of each project.
  • Acts as the day-to-day contact with internal Account team once project has gone into post production.
  • Reports any/all client requests, outside of scope of work, to Director of Content Production.
  • Assists in the day-to-day post production ensuring all projects and operations are running smoothly.
  • Ensure that the artistic and creative integrity of the project is executed properly according to client needs and Creative Director recommendations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Studying Film, Production, Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent client and time management skills and verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and works well under tight and changing deadlines
  • Understanding of post production costs and workflow
  • Maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times
  • Strong problem solver in a video production setting
  • Knowledge of video production, video specs, camera specs and video compression.
  • Experience using post production applications (Resolve, Adobe Products, ProTools) is a plus
