We are searching for a Post Closing / Customer Care Specialist!

This position will act as a liaison between Loan Officers and support borrowers immediately after the closing of their loan. The position will have an hourly rate between $22-25 an hour.

Duties:

• Participate in sub-servicer routine communication related to open issues and all other relevant servicing matters
• Respond to borrower and loan officer inquiries in a prompt manner, addressing customer impact situations
• Ensure borrower monthly payments are disbursed in a timely manner either by sub-servicer or MOOM

Requirements:

• Previous work history required
• Post Closing experience preferred
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
