Job Description

We are looking for a litigation paralegal. We need someone who is bilingual and can speak Spanish. Must have relevant personal injury or insurance defense experience 5 years experience preferred (motor vehicle cases, premises liability cases, construction law cases). Our office is located in White Plains and we are opening another office in Manhattan this October. We have three attorneys and two other legal assistants. We need someone who can work well with others and would make a good member to our team. Must know how to fill out Bills of Particulars, do HIPAA authorizations, use NYSCEF and file documents, be able to call the NYS courts to obtain information, must be organized and produce good work product.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Education:

• Associate (Required)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 3 years (Preferred)
