Job Description

As a Food Processor Machine Operator, you will play an important role in the production of food items. Machine operators in our production system work in a fast-paced environment so it’s important to be able to work well as a part of a team. There are multiple roles to be played as a part of our production team. Cross-training will be a part of your experience.

Machine Operator General Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment.
• Must be able to lift at least 60 lbs multiple times per day.
• Must have reliable means to arrive at work on time.

Machine Operator Primary Duties

• Operate food processor machines independently to accomplish team goals.
• Maintain a sanitary work environment.
• Clean facility and machinery after production or as needed to maintain sanitary conditions.

Other Duties May Include:

• Prepare product for shipment.
• Load trucks as needed.

Machine Operator Schedule

• You will be scheduled for 6 days of work most weeks.
• The length of each shift depends on the order that must be completed each day. The shift ends when the order is complete and the facility is clean. Typical shift is 5-8 hours per day.
• Start time is 5AM.
• This is a Full-Time position.
