Graphic Designer Wanted at Viral Digital Marketing!

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with experience in both digital and print media to join our fast growning team at Viral Digital Marketing. As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that communicate our brand's message and enhance our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital assets such as social media graphics and website banners

- Create and manage design projects from concept to production, ensuring deadlines are met

- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop creative solutions that meet business objectives

- Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to ensure that our designs are innovative and effective

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

- Prepare designs for printing and digital distribution, ensuring that files are correctly formatted and optimized for the intended medium

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years in a design role

- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign

- Experience with print production processes, including knowledge of pre-press, color management, and print file preparation

- Ability to create designs that effectively communicate brand messaging and meet business objectives

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bakersfield, CA 93301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
