Job Summary: Responsibilities:

• Data entry into various applications including custom software
• Data entry into Excel spreadsheet of various types and complexity
• Extracting data from multiple applications including Excel and custom software
• Analyzing data
• Running reports from multiple applications
• Keeping track of SOP’s related to data entry
• Communicating with clients on due lists, demographic updates, and reports
• Following-up on communications and tasks
• Helping with other tasks such as auditing records, creating cases in our scheduling system and anything else that may be needed
• Perform additional duties and assume additional responsibilities as identified by manager for the efficient operation of CHR

EXPERIENCE: Prior in depth, advanced, hands-on experience with medical records; 3 years' preferred.

Additional Job Information: This is an on-site position working from CHR's corporate headquarters in Rockville, MD. The work hours are 8:30am-5:00pm EST Monday-Friday with some flexibility. The salary for this position is $19.00-$20.00 per hour. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications.
