• Overnight Shift, Monday-Friday from 10 pm to 6 am
• Nightly Monday through Friday, week ending early Saturday. (Hotel accommodations are provided when the team is working beyond the 2-hour drive time

• Possess 1+ years of experience maintaining/repairing, commercial refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment, and systems; or associate degree in HVAC/refrigeration systems; or a two-year technical HVAC/refrigeration training program successfully completed after high school; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
• Strong knowledge of the hazards associated with the cleaning, mechanical and refrigeration occupations, and the safety precautions to always maintain.
• Strong ability to give attention to detail and be accurate in performing work duties
• Strong ability to make sound professional judgments and uphold ethics and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to climb and maneuver on ladders, work and staging platforms, and tight; spaces, ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Strong ability to read and comprehend electrical and mechanical plans and wiring diagrams; and adhere to safety guidelines.
• General Construction/Mechanical experience is a plus
• Moderate overnight/out-of-town travel.
• Previous coil cleaning experience is a plus.
• Meet ladder safety requirements as defined by OSHA.
• Be comfortable using order and inspection technology platforms.
• A typical work week will require 40 – 50 hours.
• Drives vehicles (as required) to perform assigned scheduled work.
• Overnight travel on the road to various assigned locations with/ transportation and lodging provided.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License subject to continuous review
• 1+ yrs of commercial HVAC or refrigeration experience
• One year of lead or supervisory experience
• Customer Service Experience
