Third priority should be given to use of rented equipment. Rented equipment should be utilized for short term periods with understanding that MDC and the project is largely responsible for it, while it is on rent. Only tracked equipment should be rented out and allowed on site, for use only by licensed MDC operators.

8. Coordinate, schedule and manage all subcontractors, suppliers, delivery companies, vendors and inspection authorities and jurisdictions. Conduct Coordination Meetings with all onsite, or soon to be onsite subcontractors.
