Job Description

Acara Solutions is looking for a Materials Handler for our client located in Buffalo Grove, IL

• Provides material handling support to warehouse, quality, and production departments to ensure on-time receipt and delivery of material.
• Is responsible for safe and damage-free movement of material by use of pallet trucks, and other material handling equipment.
• Works under the direction of a supervisor and in the support of warehouse, quality, and production team leads and senior assembly personnel.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• At least a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 Months of Warehouse Picking Experience.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Has the ability to diagnose basic inventory discrepancies.
• Has knowledge of material handling work procedures, pick lists, and protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $18.38 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: One location
