Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Meet technical and business SLA’s

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT Operations experience (support, maintenance, and administration)
• Experience with operating systems (i.e. Microsoft and Linux)
• Experience utilizing ServiceNow and JIRA
• Experience with performing technology audits
• Experience writing SQL scripts
• Experience with performing technology audits

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Information Systems, Computer Science)
• 3+ Experience supporting Point of Sale systems
• 3+ years’ experience in Retail Industry
• ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
• Experience supporting GK Software Transaction + application or other payment systems
• Experience supporting Unwired Revolutions Remotelink communications software
