Express Service Technician

Due to recent acquisition and growth, Kramer Autoplex, CDJR and Chevy, in Livingston TX., is need of a Express Service Technician.

As an Express Service Technician, you will be asked to perform quality services on each vehicle while maintaining a great work ethic. Technicians are hands-on and they perform oil & filter changes and other preventive maintenance services.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interaction skills, competent management and organizational skills required.
• Good computer and software knowledge.
• Valid Driver’s License and good driving record required. Must be able to pass a preemployment drug test
• Have basic mechanical abilities to perform the requirements of the job

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Perform oil, filter, and other fluid changes

· Inspect vehicles for issues that need to be addressed

· Inform management of any damage to inventory

· Meet customer service standards by achieving ‘above district’ customer service information “CSI” scores

· Follow established safety protocols; report any shop equipment in improper working condition; immediately report safety incidents

· Understand, keep informed of, and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know

· Safeguard dealership assets and customer data

· Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule

· Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold Foundation Automotive brand

· Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $400.00 - $600.00 per week
