CLINIC ASSISTANT

Indiana Physical Therapy has a Clinic Assistant position available at our Auburn clinic. This is an entry-level, permanent part-time position with set hours. Must be available to work the following hours:

• Monday – Thursday 2:30 pm to 7:00 pm
• Friday 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm

Job duties include:

• Greet all patients in a friendly and timely manner
• Assist therapists in gym area of clinic with cleaning treatment tables, starting patients on warm up exercises, retrieving ice packs and other equipment, light laundry of towels and pillowcases, and other duties as assigned
• Schedule patient appointments
• Collect patient co-pays and/or deductible amounts
• Maintain proper security for clinic
• Other duties as assigned by therapy staff

Indiana Physical Therapy operates 21 outpatient orthopedic clinics in Indiana, including seven in Fort Wayne and one each in Angola, Auburn, Avon, Bluffton, Camby, Columbia City, Decatur, Elkhart, Goshen, Huntington, Indianapolis, Kendallville, Mishawaka, New Haven and Warsaw. Our Industrial Services and Athletic Training divisions also provide therapy and service options.
