Senior Scientist

We are a full funded, venture backed startup whose mission is to accelerate the discovery of lifesaving therapeutics. We aim to solve real-world customer problems to advance drug discovery. We are looking are looking for a Senior Scientist who has an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to grow into a leadership/management role!
In this role, you will be focused on developing and optimizing LC-MS, HDX, HRF, XL-MS experiments for Epitope mapping, protein-protein and protein-small molecule interactions and structural analysis. You will be asked to manage customer projects, author scientific papers and write grant funding proposals.
Must have:
- 4+ years of experience in LC-MS Protein analysis
- Ph.D. in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, or related field
- Deep understanding and proven experience in LC-MS instrumentation and troubleshooting
- Experience in proteomic LC-MS method development and analysis
Nice to have:
- In-depth knowledge of HDX, HRF, Xl-MS, Mutagenesis, SEC-MALS, ELISA
- Site specific labelling MS
- 2+ years of experience in the field of antibody drug discovery/development
- Hands on experience with Thermo-Orbitrap technology
- Protein expression and purification
- Salary $80k-$120k
