The Cook II position is responsible for ensuring nutritious meals are prepared for our residents.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinates the work of Cook I and Food Service Workers in cooking, baking and sanitation of equipment.
- Mixes and cooks specialty foods for therapeutic diets for residents.
- Assists with maintaining records for dietary department, Ensures proper storage of food.
