JOB DESCRIPTION

Pulmus7 is looking for a professional, experienced Security Armed Agent in Broward and Miami Dade County (immediate start). The agent will be responsible for safeguarding and protecting a key group of facilities (mall strip) during overnight hours. POSITION SUMMARY

As an overnight security agent for a mall strip, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patrons and tenants during your shift from 9 pm to 5 am every other day.

You will conduct routine patrols by car, foot, or bike, checking all areas for suspicious activity. Your duties will include monitoring security systems, responding to alerts, mitigating risks, and promptly addressing incidents and emergencies. Effective communication with management and security personnel and maintaining accurate reports are essential. Your goal is to provide a safe environment through effective patrols, security system monitoring, incident response, and communication.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Previous security-related work experience.
• Working knowledge of basic security techniques.
• Previous Military, Law Enforcement, and Government Agency experience is an advantage.
• High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University is a plus (not mandatory).
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid Class D License
• Valid Class G License
• Valid Class W License is an advantage.
• Must be able to pass a criminal/background check and must be able to pass a drug test spontaneously while employed.
• A minimum of CPR/First Aid/AED for all ages is required.
• Possess a valid and current driver’s license.
• Strong command of the English language (Others is an advantage).
• High Self-Confidence balanced with a reasonable amount of humility, strong leadership, and interpersonal relationship skills, very proactive, and outstanding attention to detail.
• Comfortable kneeling, carrying, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods of time.
• Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed.
• Successfully completed Pulmus7 Basic Training’.
