What you'll be doing:

  • Generating leads and appointments with customers interested in roofing, siding, gutters, and/or windows
  • Managing appointment calendar
  • Performing property inspections and educating homeowners on results
  • Communicating value proposition and guiding decision-making
  • Closing and managing sales agreements
  • Proactively communicate internally with the production team and with customers, ensuring an industry-leading level of customer service
  • Working with corporate to support insurance claims processes
  • Onsite customer service and job closure
  • Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership
  • Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and lead tracking software, updating client information daily

To be successful in this role, you should be highly motivated, good at developing rapport, professional, persistent, adaptable, and entrepreneurial. This role has the potential to evolve into sales management over time for the right individual. Marketing, social media, and call center are provided.

What you'll bring:

  • Sales and lead generation (canvassing, cold calling, etc.) experience necessary
  • Knowledge of roofing highly desirable, other home services a plus
  • Ability to work independently yet still provide results and meet goals
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • Ability to accommodate homeowner’s appointment hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to set ladder and climb residential roof
  • Clean driving record required

We have found there are industries that transfer well. If you do not have roofing experience and are looking to graduate from car sales, phone sales, alarm systems, real estate, or other related sales roles, we are interested in talking with you.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base salary ($25,000-$35,000) + commission structure with incentives. $100,000+ attainable in year one.

Supplemental Pay: Quarterly and annual bonus potential + commission pay

Schedule: Monday to Friday with evening and Saturday appointments as needed

Location: Need to reliably commute to office in Naples, FL

Benefits: Day use of company vehicle with paid gas and a flexible schedule

Education:

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Associate degree or higher (preferred)

Experience:

  • You MUST have 2 years sales experience OR 2 years roofing experience with a sales aptitude OR 2 years combined roofing and sales
  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  • Technical knowledge of roofing and/or other home improvements (ideal)

License/Certification:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
  • FAA Part 107 (drone pilot) license ideal, but training and licensure is provided and required after hire

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Naples/Fort Myers FL
