Salary: $80k - 100k per year + Full Benefits

We are looking for an experienced Independent Salesperson responsible for selling our Recycling services through the achievement of opportunity-based sales. The Salesperson will reach business targets through effective management of designated territories and physical visits to customer sites. This individual will also develop ongoing, profitable relationships with customers and continually maintain professionalism, integrity, passion, and top shelf communication to both internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery of target sales by meeting with customers and maintaining relationships
  • Recommend service and product enhancements to improve sales potential
  • Analyze plans and trends to ensure best assignment of territories, clients and service distribution
  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in industry networks and growing lasting client relationships
  • Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volumes and forecasting.
  • Remain relevant with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand shifts, and product mix.
  • Positively contribute to full sales and customer service teams
  • Document customer interactions and maintain data related to activities, accounts and vendor partners
  • Develop and collaborate on long and short term sales strategies Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Communication of sales target and actuals
  • Minimum 5% client growth per year
  • Minimum 15% revenue growth per year
