This is a draw on commission position with weekly pay, and your income is determined by your effort and your ability to close the sale. The right person with a strong work ethic and a desire to excel every day can easily and realistically far exceed $120,000 in yearly income. There is also the possibility of a company supplied vehicle with gas paid for, for the right person who can demonstrate their ability to do the job at a high level. We prefer someone who has experience in roofing and siding in home sales, but will consider the right person with in home sales experience in other industries. We do not have our sales consultants climb ladders or ask them to get up on the roofs of our customers homes, as the safety of our employees is of the utmost importance to our company.
