As a To-Go Specialist you will be required to develop extensive product knowledge of the menu to explain and suggest offerings to the guest, upselling product lines when appropriate. The To-Go-Specialist will:

• Greet guests and take food and beverage orders
• Communicate those orders to HOH staff clearly
