  • Master's Degree in Human Services related field and one year of relevant experience.
  • Valid Driver License
  • Ability to drive an organization vehicle
  • Act 33/34/73 clearances
  • Pre-Employment Physical/Hep B screening/TB screening
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen

WORK SCHEDULE: This is an Exempt (salary) position.

  • Mainly daylight, with some flexibility to meet the needs of persons served in a 24/7 residential setting.
  • Rotating on-call duties required ($50.00/day)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • This position oversees therapeutic and nursing staff and provides direct clinical service to seriously and persistently mentally ill adults.
  • Responsible for ensuring that all staff on the unit provide the persons served therapeutic rehabilitative services, including personal, healthcare, interpersonal skills, time-structuring, therapeutic activities and the development of individual treatment plans.
