Windermere Cornerstone in the Spokane Valley is looking for a professional Real Estate broker to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. A Real Estate broker’s responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin or grow their career in real estate.

Responsibilities

  • Assist buyers in purchasing a property by providing them with the latest market data to help ensure they receive the best price and terms
  • Present a market strategy that meets or exceeds the seller’s expectations and goals when listing their home for sale and guide them through the process
  • Provide a comparative market analysis to confirm estimated property values
  • Stay current on real estate market trends and best practices
  • Help buyers navigate the entire process to fulfill their dream of homeownership
  • Craft creative market strategies to ensure you stay top of mind with your sphere

Requirements

  • Obtain and maintain a real estate license
  • Previous sales experience a plus
  • Outstanding people and negotiation skills
  • Trustworthy and Self-driven
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
