Directs inventory sufficiency organization with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems. Coordinates subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Directs the asset position of customer inventories, especially under the conditions of performance based logistics (PBL) and total system performance responsibility (TSRR) contracts. Oversees the decisions for operating inventory to include suppliers, repair facilities, 3PLs and customer locations, including priority interpretation, inventory allocation and asset redistribution as necessary among sources of supply and military operating locations. Develop military service inquiries, requests for proposals and provisioning purposes. Understands and uses various inventory optimization models; forecasts and manages budget requirements; interfaces with company and DoD information stakeholders systems; ensures fidelity of asset identification. Manages the resolution of technical and support problems. Coordinates status reports and metrics relating to supplier performance and mission readiness..

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated Leadership
• Experience with Supply Chain Logistics and Warehouse Inventory Management
• Experience Supporting Performance Based Logistics (PBL) or Supply Chain Management concepts and performance requirements

Work Schedules:

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
