A national leader offering comprehensive energy solutions (Solar, CHP, Battery, Storage, LED) to commercial and industrial clients across the country is seeking a highly organized self-starter who will be exposed to multiple facets of the organization within the project management team.


Responsibilities

This position is primarily responsible for supporting, coordinating and overseeing various activities within project management to ensure the successful execution of commercial solar projects. This position will report directly to the Operations Manager.


  • Research, process, submit and manage permitting activities
  • Participate in the planning, monitoring, and coordination of projects from contract signature through project closeout
  • Create and maintain project implementation schedules
  • Prepare and participate in project presentation calls with clients
  • Monitor commercial solar system production/notifications
  • Maintain and update project tracking reports
  • Provide effective client, stakeholder, and team member communication
  • Ensure that all contractual obligations/processes related to the project are met
  • Create and maintain warranty process
  • Coordinate with team members in executing project tasks and carrying out deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
  • Identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency and improve operational performance
  • Visit project sites as needed

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1 year of construction or project management experience, preferred
  • Proficient in Google Drive and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively and professionally throughout an organization
  • Exceptional organization, operational and time management skills
  • Strategic thinker with ability to identify problems and provide solutions
  • Self-motivated, enjoys challenges and learning new responsibilities
  • Works well autonomously as well as in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize and balance a multitude of tasks

Office (Hybrid)

  • Monday to Thursday – In Office
  • Friday – Remote (after training period is complete)
