The role:

We are seeking a professional and experienced Executive Assistant to join our team, based in New York. The primary purpose of the role is to provide critical support to the Seniors Team.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage Calendar for the Managing Director, manage meeting booking, reschedule meetings, be the main point contact for diary bookings and RSVPs.
  • Manage inbox, full access, replying on behalf of the MD and managing a filing system.
  • Arrange frequent and complex travel arrangements both domestic and international, booking flights and accommodation.
  • Manage expenses, ensuring expenses are completely on a monthly and timely manner in line with the business processes.
  • Manage adhoc events, booking client drinks and dinners and working closely with team of EAs to organise internal events.
  • Process documents, putting together meeting packs ready for the next day of meetings.

What you need to have:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or a similar role.
  • Ability to multitask, manage competing deadlines and priorities tasks accordingly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an advanced proficiency with time management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
