JOB DESCRIPTION
General Security responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
- Console lobby responsibilities
- Access control responsibilities
- Interior foot patrols of client facility checking locked doors
- Exterior foot patrols of client facility including parking lot patrols every hour
- Screening visitors for Covid-19
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
- At least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements
- Ability to climb stairs and walked long distances
- Local security license for the KCKS area or ability to obtain
- Strong customer service skills/experience
- Advanced customer service skills
- CPR certification or ability to obtain
- Advanced phone skills

eneral Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED)
- Pass an extensive screening process
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
