Encore has an immediate part-time opening for a qualified US-based Medical Transcriptionist to transcribe clinic notes to include ortho clinic, dental clinic, and nursing home notes. Hospital transcription to include operative reports will be an option beginning this summer. Candidates must have 5 years of recent experience in medical transcription. This is an independent contractor position, so you will be responsible for setting your own hours. We do need a solid availability of Monday through Friday with some weekend work occasionally requested but not required. All we ask is that you provide us with a schedule that is as consistent, predictable, and reliable as workflow allows. All work is straight typing. No voice recognition. Line rates start at 8 cpl.
