Job Description

St. Clement's Mission Statement: Within a nurturing Christian environment, St. Clement’s Parish School promotes each child’s academic, spiritual, moral, artistic, physical, and intellectual growth.

Reports to: Early Childhood Division Head

Start Date: July 1, 2023

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:40 AM-3:30 PM; additional time as needed for meetings and professional development.

Requirements & Necessary Skills:

• Desire to work with young children in a consistent and caring manner
• Cooperative, supportive, team-oriented attitude
• Strong organizational skills and work ethic
• A positive approach to challenging situations
• Ability to communicate well with children and adults
• Strong commitment to students’ progress and success
• Professional and discreet demeanor
• Associate or bachelor’s degree and experience working with children preferred
• Model Christian morals, values, ethics, attitudes, and behaviors
• Fulfill other duties as requested

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong commitment to student progress and success
• Working knowledge of technology
