MAKE A DIFFERENCE

As our Nonprofit Office Manager - Director, you have the exciting opportunity to set up and maintain an efficient office management system that maximizes administrative productivity in various program aspects. You get to work with state, federal, and program requirements to create and maintain records, develop databases, and ensure that the office runs like a well-oiled machine. This position allows you to be the go-to person for all administrative tasks, large and small. You're responsible for ensuring that routine tasks such as typing, word processing, copying, mailing, and directing internal and external telecommunications are being performed efficiently. You also get to arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and team activities, and may even have the chance to prepare materials for these events.

We understand the importance of maintaining our office equipment and supplies, and that's why we need you to take charge of this responsibility. Preparing purchase orders and managing vendor relationships is also part of your job. WOULD YOU BE A GREAT NONPROFIT OFFICE MANAGER - DIRECTOR?

  • High school education and three years of business college or equivalent combined education and office experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Skills in computer applications including word processing, database management and spreadsheet operations
  • Experience with budget preparation and management
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
