Mental Health Therapy Medication Management

Phoenix Rebellion Therapy is looking for an experienced prescriber to join our team. Our practice is growing rapidly and we are excited! You have the opportunity to be an integral part of our exceptional clinic(s) and work with well-qualified individuals that are committed to our goals. Our high functioning out-patient clients include children, trauma clients, police officers, fire, military, or other populations that in our community that need support. Our facility is beautiful and we have a great team.

Position Responsibilities

This role will work closely with our mental health therapists and clients to provide medication management as needed. We are also open to alternative treatments including ketamine therapy.

Job Type: Part-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

License/Certification: APRN, NP, and PA

Work Location: Murray, UT

Flexible schedule
