Greets and appropriately directs patients via phone calls or direct contact. Maintains waiting room. Acts as liaison between all non-clinical co-workers and office management. Responsible for training all new medical receptionists. Performs general clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Medical Receptionist I

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience.

Medical Receptionist II

• Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of two years medical receptionist experience.

Medical Receptionist III

• • Education: Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-3 years previous years' experience as a Medical Receptionist II.
