Omron Automation Americas is looking for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team!

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and copywriting skills to support the development and execution of effective marketing strategies that drive business growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will collaborate cross-functionally with industry marketing, product marketing, marketing communications, sales, and channel support teams. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in content strategy, communication, branding, and project management initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate withcross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall company objectives and goals, with a strong focus on content creation.
  • Ensure consistent and clear communications on marketing activities including solution promotion, campaign content,social media andevent messaging.
  • Executemulti-channel targeted campaigns, with an emphasis on copywriting.
  • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate tasks related to advertising campaigns, including digital and print advertising, with a focus on compelling technical copy.
  • Coordinateweb content revisions and requests for uploads.

Requirements:

To be successful you will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Communications,Marketing, or Advertising with a concentration in Creative Writing desired.
  • Entry level to beginner (1-3years) experience in Marketing with an emphasis on copywriting.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including digital marketing, social media, and content marketing, with a focus on persuasive technical copywriting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Experience working with creative teams to develop marketing assetsis a plus.
  • Experience working with MS Office, marketing software and applications (Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Web analytics, Google AdWords).
