Manufacturing Engineer
Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Oshkosh, WI
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
Requirements: Manufacturing, LEAN, CAD

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will work closely with Manufacturing to support and improve operations. This includes identifying and troubleshooting processes, materials, or equipment problems and recommending solutions to minimize down time, improve throughput, and reduce set-up time.
- Develop, assemble, procure, or modify existing and new tooling, fixtures, and equipment
- Assist the Manufacturing Engineer with revisions and improvements to manufacturing methods and procedures
- Complete time studies to quantify processing times and identify areas for process improvements
- Schedule, complete, and document routine maintenance on applicable manufacturing and test equipment
- Read schematics, assembly drawings, data sheets, and process sheets to perform testing, build fixtures, checkout, and troubleshoot equipment
- Assist in failure analysis, troubleshooting, and rework/repair of non-conforming manufactured products to determine the root cause
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field, and/or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in manufacturing
