Job Description
Duties: Perform in depth analysis for fact finding on existing behavior of the system and on new features required, including business logic and end to end data flow, and ensure the build of comprehensive, robust requirements. Create high quality product artifacts including user stories, control journies, user journies, acceptance test cases, etc. Manage product backlog along with product owners, including having 6 springs backlog refined. Identify and pursue root-cause analysis of risk, compliance, product issues, and client complaints. Mobilize resources across boundaries to solve in a productive manner with a sense of urgency. Facilitate implementation and adoption of new functionality through training, documentation, and demonstrations. Define test cases and coordination of user acceptance testing. Understand interdependencies between multiple variables and consider trade-offs and impact of decisions. Generate standard or custom reports summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action. Maintain library of model documents, templates, or other reusable knowledge assets. Telecommuting permitted up to 60% of the week
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any), Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field of study plus 7 years of experience in the job offered or as Business Analyst, Applications Development, IT Associate/Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: JIRA; Confluence; Service Now; MS Visio; SQL Developer; BI Tool including Tableau or QlikView; Identity and Access Management; Roles and Policy Based access control; and Agile Methodology.
