The Inflight Training manager manages the approved training program for new hires and current flight attendants.

Essential Functions:

• Promotes a warm, welcoming, and positive atmosphere for new hires and current flight attendants
• Manages the Inflight Department training program.
• Coordinates with Inflight Recruiting to onboard new hire trainees.
• Ensure necessary classes are scheduled, assigned instructors, and facilities are kept to promote a positive work environment.
• Evaluates and updated the existing training documents and courseware with the Vice President of Inflight for specific changes to the Flight Attendant FOTM. Implements changes as necessary to maintain compliance with internal and external guidance, including FAA Regulations.
• Accumulates documents and submits reports about training progress and class attendance.
• Communicates training attendance rosters and completion data to crewquals, pilot training, and other departments needing that information.

• The Manager of Inflight Training must possess strong leadership, project management, and self-motivation skills.
• High school graduate or equivalent; college degree or additional related training preferred; two (2) years leadership experience in Training or equivalent combination of education and demonstrated work experience and knowledge
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications
