Qualifications
- Active and valid state license in good standing
- Experience in last 12 months as an LPN/LVN
- Medical Records
- Must be proficient in injections, and sutures and administration of medications in a topical and oral capacity.
- Must be experienced in dealing with high volume patient capacity.
