Some things you can expect to do:

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs and service to building mechanical and automation systems.
• Perform service and repairs to various types of HVAC and mechanical equipment.
• Work with property managers, clients and building maintenance staff to coordinate and perform work.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent verbal communication skills and a helpful attitude when interacting with building occupants. Must have a high school degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of strong HVAC service experience in a commercial environment. You will have a clear driving record, knowledge of computer applications, and ability to lift 100 lbs. You must also be able to work from a ladder, work overhead, smell smoke and other chemicals and be able to work outside in a variety of weather conditions.

You will really stand out if you have:

• An HVAC technical degree.
• Electrical, plumbing and building automation controls experience.
• Manufacture equipment or systems training or certifications.
