Low Voltage Service Technician

ECD Systems, LLC is looking for a motivated and experienced service technician to join our dynamic service team. • Has experience installing or servicing at lease (1) or more of the following product lines; Honeywell, DMP, Bosch, Resideo, Lenel, AMAG, Panasonic, Milestone, Avigilon, Hanwha, Exacq, Alarm.com, Door King, Chamberlain, HID, Notifier, Aiphone, Assa Abloy, Allegion, and more.

Responsibilities:

• Install and Service new and existing Systems listed above
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with multiple low voltage systems
• Installing electrified door hardware, including door strikes, Mag locks, hinges, and crash bars.
• Installing, Cabling and Programming CCTV Systems.
• Conduct routine preventative maintenance on all systems.
• Monitor inventory of service parts, follow directions and expectations to be a successful part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to learn new product and drive to be a successful part of our team.

Requirements:

• 5 or more years experience as an install or service technician with Low Voltage
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check & drug test
• Valid Arizona Driver's license with a good driving record
• Must be 18 years or older to drive a commercial vehicle
• Obtain OSHA certification within 90 days of employment (company paid)

Work Location: Phoenix Metro and surrounding areas.
