Hybrid Schedule – 2/3 Days Onsite
Draft, format, transcribe, and editing emails, memos, client communications, newsletters, proposals, and presentations.
· Produce financial analysis in Excel from data provided by internal sources (Finance, unit operations, etc.) in preparation for meetings, proposals, and presentations.
· Responsible for reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
· Maintain executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
· Represent the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
· Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
· Maintain customer confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
· Complete projects on time/budget; following up on results.
· Provide historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
· Maintain comprehensive and accurate records
· Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree preferred or 5 years of EA Experience
-Bilingual in Spanish
-Strong Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint capabilities; Adobe InDesign proficiency preferred.
