Responsibilities

MasTec SmartTech Experts are field-based, service-driven, professional technicians that provide in-home delivery, set-up, and installation of satellite TV, broadband, DIY security, and smart-home products. If you are passionate, knowledgeable, and talented, you should be paid for it. Compensation is performance-based with additional incentives for product sales (i.e., surge protectors, HDMI cables, screen clean). Ideal candidates desire independence in their workday, are self-starters, and like to be rewarded for daily efficiency, jobs completed, quality work, and safety.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 75lbs
• working weekends
