MediaBrush Marketing is one of the fastest-growing marketing agencies in Binghamton, NY. We are proud to work with locally owned businesses in markets throughout the United States. The MediaBrush Marketing team works to be the in-house marketing team for every client, maximizing the impact of all marketing tools from digital to traditional, while sharing the client’s stories.

As our agency grows, so does our team. MediaBrush Marketing is seeking a digital marketing specialist. The role will collaborate and assist our Digital Marketing Coordinator with all digital marketing channels. The successful candidate must be self-motivated and detail oriented. This candidate will be eager to identify, learn, and use new and emerging tools and technologies.

You will engage with multiple agency client campaigns on a wide range of digital marketing platforms. Activities will range from researching marketplaces and competitors to creating digital content. In addition, you will monitor ad campaign progress leveraging the various data points of each campaign element to help drive activity that will deliver on client goals. You will also assist in website buildouts and updates. This role could include, but is not limited to, collaboration on programmatic, paid search, and paid social campaigns.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. Please do not apply if you are not able to report to our Binghamton, NY location daily, Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities for this Position include:

  • Exceptional organization skills and ability to track multiple projects at once. Ensuring adherence to brand standards for all requests and projects.
  • Maintaining calendar entries of upcoming digital content projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to ensure completion of projects and adherence to marketing goals.
  • Experience with WordPress preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred.
  • Learn and implement SEO best practices into your content and overall work.
  • General copywriting on website projects, as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail to spot and correct web content to enhance user experience.
  • Meta Blueprint Certifications preferred but not required.
  • Google Ads Certification (or willingness to complete upon hire)
  • Google Keyword Planner Experience (not required but beneficial).
  • Comfortable with minor photo editing and resizing (using Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Use marketing and analytics tools to help monitor the success of campaigns.
  • Conducting research on latest market trends and keywords.
  • Performing ad-hoc analysis and research and summarizing the findings.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth research.
  • Conduct competitor and area research.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $21.50 per hour
