• Ability to enter a large volume of invoices within the given deadline

• Minimum of 3 months AS/400 experience
• 3 months accounts payable experience
• Must have regular, reliable attendance and willing to work outside the regular schedule as required.
• Willing to handle job stress and interact with others in the workplace.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Contractor employees daily enrollment
• Sending contractor employee profile daily
• Monthly contractor employee termination
• Heavy data entry for contractor payroll
• Maintaining contractor employee data bases
• Checking manual invoices for contractor payroll
