Atticman Heating & Air, Insulation in Sacramento, CA is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to join our growing Team! This job is designed for a candidate with at least one year of experience in a fast-paced construction environment, home services, or similar, and for someone looking to learn and grow in their career. If you are passionate about customer service and interested in developing your skills as a CSR, this is the job for you!
The Atticman Team will provide you the mentorship, software, and tools in order to be successful. We will teach you what you need to know about our processes, dispatch software, taking care of our customers, and everything in between. The rest is up to you!
A typical day consists of being in the office with the team taking inbound calls, making outbound calls, scheduling customer appointments, tracking calls, and reporting to management at the end of the day. All that’s required of you is to be able to learn what we teach you, have a great head on your shoulders, positive attitude, and to always be willing to represent Atticman with the great customer service skills that our homeowners know and love!
