Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing a warm welcome to members and VIP guests upon arrival
  • Book reservations in TOCK
  • Answering, screening, and directing calls while providing detail on the experiences and offerings within the portfolio
  • Responsible for printing, constructing, customizing and organizing collateral for Visitor Center experience
  • Liaison between all Ste. Michelle Wine Estate properties for referral partnerships
  • Upselling experiences to increase the average order value (AOV)
  • Working in tandem with the VIP Trade Leader to coordinate and schedule all trade and VIP reservations PR
  • Key liaison with the Customer Success Team
  • Work with Visitor Center management team to maintain elevated level of customer service throughout the entire Visitor Center
  • Respond to in-bound phone calls and e-mails and make out-bound phone calls related to general customer inquiries, event reservations and direct shipment orders
  • Variety of data entry responsibilities to support the wine clubs and e-commerce function
  • Facilitating and processing pick up orders for club members and e-comm including supporting curbside pick-up services
  • Must be enthusiastic with excellent customer service skills, enjoy collaborating with people and possess a friendly, outgoing, and positive personality
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively in a polished, professional, and friendly manner
  • Must have ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and adapt and show flexibility to changing job requirements
  • Expertise in business development and building partnerships

Position Requirements:

  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.
  • 5 years customer service or reception experience
  • Advanced proficiency with TOCK

Your Compensation:

$28.00 - $33.00/hour based upon relevant experience.
