Role Summary:

As a Client Service Director lead a business function or regional Commercial Banking client service team(s) in a professional capacity. Use data to help drive business decisions. Collaboration is key trait required- The is leader required to build strong partnership across various lines of businesses and functions to ensure smooth delivery of service to our clients. The job requires effective management of day to day operational including the ability to organize and execute towards future state strategy for the function. Partner with internal product, technology and sales teams to help direct the future for client service here at JP Morgan Chase.
