Overview:

Ty Hines Media is currently seeking a 100% remote, per-diem, Business Development Representative (Contractor) for our Television Production Studios.Ty Hines Media is a TV Production company that airs in more than 100 markets across Southern California. The show features million dollar real estate listings and a variety of local restaurants, activities, and more.

We support local, small businesses by having our Business Development Representative hand select companies that will compliment our featured shows. Our Business Development Representative will be trained on how to select companies to provide thousands of dollars worth of FREE marketing.

Description:

The Representative will be cold calling small, local businesses, (B2B), and offering the businesses free marketing in exchange to allow the filming to take place at their establishment, weather permitting. Once this is established, the Representative will schedule the film crew to arrive at the established date/ time. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a product expert within the Scheduling and Business Development Representative department at the Luxury Listings and Lifestyle Travel Show
  • Accurately document and track all activities in our square scheduling system and Hubspot CRM.
  • Connect, via cold calling, with Southern California businesses to schedule filming productions at their locations.
  • Use strategy and creativity to reach key decision makers.
  • Schedule and triage selected local businesses with the filming crew, if weather permits filming to occur.
  • Reschedule any booked productions, if weather does not permit already scheduled dates/timeframes.
  • Proactively send out any preparatory correspondence to selected businesses.
  • Answer any calls, texts, emails, etc. pertaining to the productions you are scheduling.
  • Assisting and supporting project team with daily project coordination.
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of B2B prospecting.
  • 1+ years of Cold Calling.
  • Must be a optimistic, go-getter person who who flourishes on solving problems.
  • Must enjoy helping local businesses thrive.

Payments/Benefits:

  • 100% Remote.
  • This role is a great side hustle for someone who has a few hours to spare during the week during business hours.
  • Flexible schedule. This role is a great side hustle for someone who's in school or is a stay-at-home parent. Must have 5-10 hours of availability during core business hours M-F 8-4:30pm - PST (Required).
  • This is not an hourly position. You will be paid for every filming project you schedule. Each project completed will be paid $50-$75 (dependent on experience and education level).
  • There will be 5-10+ projects per month.
  • Estimated time needed per project 30 mins-2 hours.
